Terms of Sale

1. Who we are

These Terms of Sale govern purchases made on www.vitanexva.com, operated by VITANEX LLC, a limited liability company organized in the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.

2. Research use only

All products are sold exclusively for laboratory research and development. By placing an order you represent and warrant that:

• you are at least 21 years of age;
• you are purchasing the products for lawful laboratory research and will not use, sell or supply them for human or animal consumption, or for use as drugs, foods, dietary supplements or cosmetics;
• you have the knowledge required to handle research materials safely and will comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws;
• you have read and accept our Research Use Policy.

3. No medical advice

Content on this site, including research summaries and references, is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice and does not describe the effects of VITANEX products. We do not provide dosing or usage instructions for humans or animals.

4. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. We may refuse or cancel any order, including when we reasonably suspect the products will not be used for research purposes; in that case we refund any amount paid.

5. Payment

Card payments are processed by Stripe; VITANEX does not receive or store your full card details. We also accept Zelle transfers to VITANEX: Zelle orders are reserved for the period shown at checkout and are cancelled if the transfer is not received in time. Orders ship once payment is confirmed. Promotional codes and volume discounts cannot be combined unless stated.

6. Shipping and risk of loss

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping costs are shown before payment. Details on shipping, damaged items and returns are described in our Shipping & Returns policy.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Products are provided for research purposes only and, except as expressly stated, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Information about published studies refers to those studies and not to VITANEX products.

8. Limitation of liability and indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VITANEX LLC's liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product involved. You agree to indemnify VITANEX LLC against claims arising from the misuse of products or the breach of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
