• Order details: name, email, phone number, shipping address and the products you buy.
• Your confirmation of research use, with the date and IP address at checkout.
• Card payments are collected and processed directly by Stripe; we only receive the payment status and the details Stripe shares with merchants. For Zelle payments we only see the sender name and the confirmation our bank provides.

• To process, ship and support your orders.
• To send order confirmations and shipping updates.
• To prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with service providers: Stripe (payments), shipping carriers (delivery), our email provider (order emails) and our hosting provider. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and storage

We use essential storage only: your browser keeps your cart locally, and our store team uses a session cookie to access the admin console. We do not use advertising cookies.

Retention

We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes.
