Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Shipping options and cost
At checkout you can choose standard or express shipping; the cost of each option is shown before you pay. When a free-shipping promotion is active, it is announced on the site and applied to standard shipping.
Processing and tracking
We start preparing your order once payment is confirmed. When it ships, we email you the carrier and tracking number.
Damaged, incorrect or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund it.
Returns
Because of the nature of research materials, opened or used products cannot be returned. Unopened products in their original sealed condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Contact us first to receive return instructions; return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the error was ours.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method: through Stripe for cards, or by Zelle for Zelle payments. Your bank may take several business days to post them.
