Retatrutide
Investigational peptide targeting GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon receptors. Studied in clinical trials on body weight and glycemic control.

For research use only
GHRH analog studied in GH/IGF-1 signaling and visceral fat, including trials in people with HIV and altered fat distribution.
Clinical studies in people with HIV and altered body fat distribution.
Tesamorelin is a synthetic analog of growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH). It stimulates the pituitary release of growth hormone, and its downstream effects on IGF-1 have been characterized in clinical research.
It has been studied in endocrine research, GH and IGF-1 signaling, lipid metabolism and body composition. Most published trials involve people with HIV and abdominal fat accumulation, measuring visceral adipose tissue and liver fat, including a 2024 study in people on integrase inhibitors.
Available in 10 and 20 mg vials, supplied for laboratory research.
